L-com LC Internal Shutter Coupler - Quad - No Flange
These LC couplers from L-Com are built with an integrated dust shutter that keeps the interior of the adapter free of dust. The shutter is automatically engaged and requires no physical handling of the shutter door. These couplers are ideal for today's high speed networking environment where cleanliness is an absolute requirement for performance. They are designed for mounting in panels with rectangular cutouts and come with or without mounting flanges, and come in both duplex and quad versions. ZR alignment sleeves provide precision mating for both multimode and singlemode applications, and are available in four colors to match the mode of fiber being used. These couplers use the same panel cutout as a SC duplex coupler while providing twice as many ports.
