This Lightning Protector from L-com provides the user with superior surge protection for 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet networks. It is compatible with POE Access Points, Servers and Routers with or without POE functionality.  It’s design utilizes a Thyristor Diode that switches to a low impedance state when triggered. Compact weather resistant housing features a hinged to and lockable top, mounting holes included.  For longer runs, two are recommended, one at either end of the run.
